TransNovela is not the publisher or owner of third-party novels merely because a user processes them through the service. Source material and rights You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights, authorization, permission, or other lawful basis necessary to access and process material you submit, import, or otherwise use through TransNovela. TransNovela does not grant you copyright or other rights in third-party works. Publication and distribution A translation created with TransNovela does not by itself give you permission to publish, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the underlying work or translation. You are responsible for determining what rights are required for your intended use. Your content You retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in content you provide. You permit TransNovela to process that content as necessary to provide the features you request, including processing through configured AI providers. Acceptable use You may not use the service to violate applicable law, compromise the security of the service, impersonate others, distribute malware, or intentionally abuse platform resources. AI output AI-generated translations can contain errors, omissions, or inconsistent interpretations. Users should review output when accuracy is important. Service changes TransNovela is under active development. Features, supported providers, limits, availability, and pricing may change as the service develops. Rights concerns If you believe material processed or made available through TransNovela infringes rights you hold, contact us with enough information to identify the material and explain your concern. We may investigate and take appropriate action consistent with applicable requirements.
